SCONES

Plain scones (or with your favorite add-ins)

No need to make a special trip to the local bakery or settle for a mass-produced mix. Bake at home! Delight your family, friends, and guests with a batch of fresh, warm, mouthwatering scones made with our mix.

Ingredients you’ll need: butter, eggs, milk, pure vanilla extract.

Baking mix makes plain scones. Enjoy with butter and your favorite jam.

Add dried fruit, nuts, chocolate chips, lemon or orange zest, cocoa powder, or a combination of ingredients to your dough for special treat any time of the day!

Makes four to six 2 1/2 to 3-inch scones.

Oatmeal raisin scones

If you love oatmeal raisin cookies, you’ll be delighted with these scones.

Makes eight 2 1/2 to 3-inch scones.

Ingredients you’ll need: butter, orange juice, water, and an orange (optional).

Allergens: wheat.

Fluffy Pancakes

Whether you're serving breakfast on a busy weekday or brunch on a slow, sleep in weekend, our fluffy pancakes are sure to please.

Warm up your griddle, add butter, eggs, and milk to our baking mix, and enjoy delicious pancakes in no time.

Yield: six (half batch) or twelve (full batch) 4-inch pancakes.

Waffles

Make a special breakfast any day of the week. Our waffle mix makes it easy to serve a fancy morning meal even when you're rushing to get out the door.

Yield: three (half batch) or six (full batch) 8-inch waffles.

COOKIES

Coconut granola chocolate chip cookies

So much more than chocolate, our cookie blend includes dark chocolate baking chips, oats, and organic coconut granola (with unsweetened coconut, pecans, cashews, and pumpkin, sunflower, and sesame seeds).

Yield: one dozen 2 1/2 to 3-inch cookies.

Ingredients you’ll need: butter and eggs.

Sugar cookies

Perfect for any occasion. Sprinkle with coarse sugar before baking or frost and decorate after baking.

Yield: Quantity varies depending on size of cookie cutter used.

Ingredients you’ll need: butter, eggs, milk, and pure vanilla extract.

Note: Requires a flour sifter and food processor.

Oatmeal raisin cookies with walnuts

A classic cookie, with walnuts that provide delightful crunch and subtle bitterness and tender, fruity raisins that lend a delightful chew and burst of sweetness.

Banana bread

Enjoy a loaf. Share a loaf. Freeze a loaf. Moist with just the right amount of banana. Mix includes pre-measured dry ingredients and chopped walnuts. Add a handful of chocolate chips for a sweeter variation!

Scone bread

Delicious toasted and topped with butter and jam.

Yield: small medium loaves.

Ingredients you’ll need: butter, margarine, eggs, buttermilk, whole milk, and vanilla extract (we recommend Nielsen Massey Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Extract).
